Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
The International Journal of Recent Innovations (IJRI) is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics, research integrity, and responsible scholarly publishing. The journal follows a double-blind peer-review process and recognised international ethical principles to support originality, credibility, and quality.
The journal’s ethical policies are developed with reference to the principles and Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to uphold these responsibilities throughout the publication pipeline.
Author Duties

- • Properly acknowledge and cite all reference sources.
- • Disclose funding, COI, and use of Generative AI.
Reviewer Duties
- • Provide objective, fair, and confidential evaluations.
- • Offer clear, constructive, evidence-based feedback.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality of assigned manuscripts.
- • Declare conflicts and report suspected plagiarism.
Editorial Duties
- • Evaluate solely on academic merit, quality, and scope.
- • Protect confidentiality and peer-review integrity.
- • Transparently manage potential conflicts of interest.
- • Act promptly on ethical violations and misconduct.
Plagiarism and Research Misconduct Prohibitions
IJRI screens submissions using anti-plagiarism software and strictly prohibits:

Corrections & Expressions of Concern
To preserve scholarly integrity, post-publication issues are addressed systematically. Identified errors or concerns trigger official corrections, errata, corrigenda, or expressions of concern in accordance with established ethical procedures.
Retraction Policy
Articles with unreliable findings, serious invalidating errors, confirmed plagiarism, or major ethical violations will be retracted. Retracted papers remain part of the public record, clearly marked and linked to a detailed retraction notice.
Open Access, Copyright, and Digital Archiving
IJRI operates a fully open-access publishing model compliant with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). Articles are freely accessible online without paywalls. Authors retain copyright while granting the journal non-exclusive rights to publish, preserve, and distribute.
Continued long-term availability and security of research are maintained through regular digital archiving protocols and secure server backups.
