The International Journal of Recent Innovations (IJRI) supports transparency, research integrity, and reproducibility in scholarly publishing. Authors are encouraged to make the data supporting their research findings available whenever it is ethically, legally, and practically possible.
Responsible data sharing may help other researchers verify published findings, understand the research methodology, reproduce the study, and conduct further academic investigation.
However, IJRI does not require authors to make research data publicly available where ethical, legal, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, institutional, or commercial restrictions apply.

3. Public Data Deposit
IJRI does not require authors to deposit their research data in a public data repository. Where authors voluntarily deposit data in a recognised institutional, disciplinary, governmental, or general research data platform, they may provide the relevant access information in the manuscript.
Where no public data platform is used, authors may make the data available through the corresponding author upon reasonable request, subject to applicable ethical, legal, privacy, confidentiality, and institutional requirements.

Research involving human participants must rigidly comply with:

Certain research data may not be suitable for public access. Restrictions apply if datasets contain medical records, commercially confidential variables, intellectual property, national security details, or indigenous community knowledge. Authors must explicitly document these limitation scopes within the Data Availability Statement.
7. Legitimate Exceptions to Data Sharing
Public data publication may be restricted under the following explicit dimensions:
Authors will not be required to disclose data where such disclosure violates ethical, legal, or confidentiality obligations.

The Editorial Office reserves the right to request comprehensive clarification details regarding dataset collection, storage, and constraints during peer evaluation loops. Authors must promptly supply verification metrics if requested.

Authors must retain data for periods mandated by their institutions, funding bodies, or disciplinary standards. IJRI does not prescribe a single mandatory retention window due to regional and field-specific variations.
12. Data Accuracy & Research Integrity
Data must not be fabricated, falsified, manipulated, or selectively altered. Confirmed integrity issues will be rigorously addressed under the journal's Publication Ethics, Research Misconduct, and Retractions policies.
13. Data-Related Corrections
Authors must promptly inform the Editorial Office if any dataset access changes, statements, or errors emerge post-publication. Depending on the trajectory, the journal may update statements, publish formal corrections, issue expressions of concern, or execute retractions.
