Author Guidelines & Submission Policy

The International Journal of Recent Innovations (IJRI) welcomes the submission of original, high-quality, and unpublished scholarly work that contributes to the advancement of science, technology, engineering, innovation, and applied studies. Authors are encouraged to carefully review these guidelines before submitting manuscripts to ensure full compliance with the journal's editorial, ethical, and publication standards.

Accepted Document Typologies

The journal accepts the following distinct structural categories of submissions:

Original Research
Review Articles
Systematic Reviews
Meta-Analyses
Case Studies
Communications
Research Notes
Theoretical Papers
Conceptual Papers
Letters to Editor
Recommended Manuscript Blueprint

Manuscripts should be drafted in precise English across systematic sections:

Title Page • Abstract & Keywords • Introduction • Materials & Methods • Results • Discussion • Conclusion • Acknowledgements • Funding Codes • Conflict Declarations • Data Statements • References.
Title Page Metadata Requirements

The separate metadata entry text file must clearly state the following markers:

  • • Full comprehensive title of the manuscript.
  • • Full names, institutional affiliations, and ORCID iDs of all authors.
  • • Explicit contact coordinates (email and phone) of the corresponding author.
Core Compilation & Layout Requirements

Abstract Layout: Authors must provide a structured and informative abstract summarizing objectives, methods, critical data findings, and terminal conclusions. A minimum pool of 4 to 6 keywords must be explicitly appended below.

Visual Data & Formats: Tables, charts, figures, and vectors must be high-resolution, sequentially numbered, cited contextually within the body, and paired with highly descriptive, accurate captions to preserve formatting consistency.

Scholarly Authorship Benchmarks

Authorship parameters are strictly confined to contributors with substantial inputs across study design, data capture/interpretation, text drafting, or critical content recasting. ORCID iDs are highly recommended. Every listed individual must formalize final text approvals before processing.

Generative AI Use Regulations

The use of AI configurations during development must be transparently disclosed. Generative AI tools cannot be designated as co-authors. AI deployment is restricted solely to basic syntax styling, language tuning, or formatting refinement; full accountability stays with the human authors.

Ethical Declarations & Citation Rigor

Research Integrity: Institutional ethical review board clearances are mandatory for tracking files involving human/animal interactions. All incoming lines pass through rigorous plagiarism verification grids to exclude high duplication similarity before blind panel assignment.

Mandatory Conflict Statement: Active financial links or personal clashing ties must be transparently reported. If no conflicts exist, authors must explicitly state:

"The authors declare no conflict of interest."

Funding & Data Availability: Grants, backing codes, or agency corporate numbers must be explicitly stated. Manuscripts must feature a verifiable Data Availability Statement detailing tracking options for backing empirical results datasets.

Review Operations, Open Access & Rights

Double-Blind Queue: Submissions route inside an isolated double-blind peer review framework where reviewer and author data remain entirely cross-concealed. Final decisions anchor cleanly on empirical scientific quality, original merit, and ethical configurations.

Copyright Retention: IJRI prints under a full Open Access layout strategy via the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain absolute copyright ownership of their scholarly outputs, while the public receives unrestricted, permanent sharing and distribution clearance parameters paired with source citations.

COPE and International Compliance Pledge

By executing document processing tracks and forwarding layout bundles inside our online gateway portals, authors explicitly confirm that the data is original, ethically sound, approved by all co-investigators, and not under active consideration by alternative entities. The journal rigidly tracks the publication directives established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to ensure uncompromised academic excellence maps.
