Manuscripts submitted to IJRI are evaluated solely on academic quality, originality, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, scope relevance, and scholarly contribution. An author's financial position, institution, nationality, or funding access does not influence editorial decisions. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently based strictly on scientific quality, originality, methodological rigor, scope relevance, and ethical compliance. An author’s ability or inability to pay does not influence the evaluation, acceptance, or rejection of a manuscript.

Waivers & Discounts Policy

Because IJRI currently operates a zero-fee model for all submissions, authors are not required to apply for waivers or discounts. The journal does not operate country-based, membership-based, priority-processing, or hidden promotional publication charges.

Author Funding Disclosure Requirements

Authors must disclose all sources of financial or material support associated with their research. Mandatory disclosures include:

  • • Official name of funding organization and grant/project numbers.
  • • Institutional, commercial, or infrastructure/equipment support.
  • • Funder role in study design, data analysis, or manuscript submission decisions.
Standard No-Funding Statement Template: "This research received no specific grant from any funding agency in the public, commercial, or not-for-profit sectors."
Sponsorship & Commercial Neutrality

Financial sponsors, advertisers, or supporting organizations have zero authority over editorial decisions, reviewer selections, evaluation reports, or retractions. Ultimate editorial authority rests exclusively with the Editor-in-Chief.

Funding Conflicts of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial or non-financial interest perceived as influencing evaluation. Funding support does not automatically constitute a conflict, provided the source and nature are fully declared.

Warning: Unauthorized Payment Requests

IJRI follows a strict zero-fee policy and will never request unofficial, hidden, or personal bank payments. Authors receiving suspicious payment communications or false invoices claiming to represent IJRI must verify directly with the official Editorial Office before making any payment.

Future Policy Revision Guarantee

Should IJRI introduce or revise publication charges in the future, exact terms, currency, covered services, and effective dates will be officially announced on the journal website.

Grandfathering Protection: Any revised fee will apply only to new submissions made after the official effective date. Manuscripts submitted under the zero-fee policy will continue processing completely free of charge.
