The International Journal of Recent Innovations (IJRI) is committed to maintaining fairness, transparency, accountability, confidentiality, and academic integrity throughout its editorial and publishing activities.

Authors, reviewers, readers, editors, institutions, and other interested parties may submit a complaint or appeal concerning the journal’s editorial decisions, peer-review process, published content, ethical practices, staff conduct, or publication procedures.

All complaints and appeals are considered objectively and without discrimination. Submitting a case will not result in retaliation, disadvantage, or unfair treatment in any current or future interaction with the journal.

Editorial Appeal An appeal is a formal request to reconsider a definitive editorial decision relating directly to the evaluation or rejection of a submitted manuscript.

General Complaint A complaint is an expression of concern regarding the journal’s policies, procedures, editorial conduct, peer-review timelines, ethical handling, published content, or support services.

Matters Covered by Policy

• Rejection or perceived errors in editorial assessment.
• Unreasonable delays in workflows or peer review loops.
• Breaches of confidentiality or undisclosed conflicts of interest.
• Research misconduct including plagiarism or data fabrication.
• Authorship disputes or misleading website metadata details.

Editorial Appeals Criteria

Authors must explain specific grounds for reconsideration, showing that:

• A clear factual misunderstanding deformed reviewer remarks.
• Core empirical evidence within the text was overlooked.
• Established peer-review procedures were not maintained.

*Appeals must be evidence-based, not simply a general disagreement.

Screening & Investigation Pipeline

Receipt is acknowledged within five working days. Investigations are handled independently by an unaligned professional. The journal coordinates records reviews, consults parties, requests original raw data clusters, and protects peer-review confidentiality boundaries throughout the track.

Conflict Neutralization Protocols

Cases involving an editor scale to the Editor-in-Chief. An issue regarding the Editor-in-Chief moves to the publisher or an unaligned board panel. Publisher-related cases route to independent senior editors. No individual determines a case concerning their own conduct.

Resolution Metrics & Final Appeals Tracks

Response Timelines: Reasoned outputs deploy within fifteen working days after compiling target data assets. Complex tracks involving external research-integrity investigations may demand prolonged cycles, with active updates provided.

Final Internal Appeal: Complainants detecting procedural errors can request a single final review within thirty calendar days of the initial decision. A separate panel coordinates the assessment, and the output stands final.

Misconduct Auditing The journal screens manuscript challenges but does not replace the corporate investigative authority of home universities, ethics committees, or funders.

Confidentiality Boundaries Data shares map exclusively to active investigators. Identities are protected unless legal steps or procedural fairness parameters mandate disclosure.

Retaliation Protection Good-faith actions attract zero penalties. Knowingly false, malicious, discriminatory, or abusive packages will be rejected instantly.

Archival Transparency & Editorial Independence

IJRI systematically retains secure, confidential documentation records covering investigations, correspondence, and eventual corrections to secure the long-term scholarly record.

Uncompromised Independence Complaints, author charges, institutional profiles, nationalities, or commercial ties have zero influence over editorial evaluations.

Policy Alignment All resolutions map completely onto merit, verifiable evidence tracks, procedural fairness guidelines, and COPE core publishing standards.
